Besides similar haircuts and an obsessive legion of fans, comparing Justin Bieber to The Beatles may seem like a stretch, but MTV is making the connection anyway. The tween star makes like the Fab Four in their VMA promos, featuring dozens of screaming girls chasing after The Bieb, Hard Day’s Night-style. “I like girls chasing me, so it’s good,” says Bieber with a smile. Check out a preview of the promo below.

Bieber tells MTV that he would love to see Beyoncé perform at the awards show (adding how “hot” she is, the little horndog he is), and reveals his pick for top VMA moment of all time—or at least in the sixteen years he’s been alive.

“Probably when Eminem performed,” says Bieber, not elaborating on which particular Eminem performance he’s referring to. “I’m just a big Eminem fan.”

Looks like Bieber and Kanye West, who also has mad respect for Eminem, now have something in common other than abusing their Twitter privileges.
