Usher Dances For His Life In His “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love” Video
Usher dance-dances like it’s the last-last night of his life, life, life in the music video for his current Top 10 smash “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love.” The clip finds him wandering through the empty halls, eventually taking his place among a crowd of dancing party-goers. It’s not the most innovative four minutes you’ll ever watch, but at least Ush seems to be having a good time. Catch the video below.
Yesterday saw the release of Usher’s nine-song Versus mini album. (Though, really, nine songs was once the norm, many moons ago—think Michael Jackson’s Thriller, Janet Jackson’s Control, Peter Gabriel’s So, etc.)
The LP’s first single, “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love,” has become Usher’s second tune to crack the Top 10 of Billboard‘s Hot 100 this year. And while the video might not be his greatest, the song itself at least has the energetic charm that seemed to be lacking from several of his singles in recent years.
