Admit it—you thought that supposed Justin Bieber/Kanye West/Raekwon collaboration was bunk, didn’t you? Well, prepare to have a mindblowing Monday morning—the “Runaway Love” remix is here, and we have it below!

This naturally piqued the teenage crooner’s interest, and the two of them threw their admiration for each other back and forth. In its new form, “Runaway Love” is rendered with an old-school Soul II Soul beat (via Wu Tang Clan’s “Wu Tang Ain’t Nothing Ta F**k Wit”). Yeezy gives props to both the Bieb (“Nobody rockin’ like this, 16-years-old.”) and Raekwon (“I’m tellin’ you what Wu-Tang taught me…”) in his rap. We have to say, this has us flashing back to Naughty By Nature’s 1991 jam “O.P.P.”, which was built around a sample of Jackson 5’s “ABC.” Maybe it’s simply because of the echo of a young teen heartthrob reverberating through a newly-constructed hip hop track.

All in all, this is pretty stunning. And, geez—what a time for Bieber to call off sick.
