Blog Demands No More “Hey Soul Sister” In Commercials

Here it is: the unavoidable Train backlash. The San Francisco band may have one of the top selling albums of the year, but the popularity of their undeniably catchy number one single “Hey Soul Sister” seems to be getting on some the nerves of some outspoken bloggers. Keith Stoeckeler and Brad Meyers, creators of “Stop Advertising From Pulling A Train” site, want the Don Drapers of the world to stop using the lip dub inspiring tune in commercial, after commercial, after commercial.

Where was this site when “Drops Of Jupiter (Tell Me)” was invading every movie trailer in the early ’00s?! Does Train’s overwhelming ad presence bug you? Comment below.
