As we know, Lil Wayne has been serving jail time at Rikers Island since March for gun charges, and was recently placed into solitary confinement after being busted for using a MP3 player. Now Weezy has posted a letter, his ninth, to his fans at WeezyThanxYou.com. Titled “I’m Back,” the writeup finds the rapper admitting, “I fu#ked up and now I must deal with the consequences.” That said, it also has him giving a few details on an upcoming release. When Wayne was placed in solitary confinement, he was restricted to 23 hours a day inside an isolation cell and only one phone call a week. “Basically, no T.V., no radio, no snacks/junkfood, and one phone call a week,” the 28-year-old rapper writes.

Later he adds, “As I write this, I only have 25 days left, and it’ll be even less than that when you read this. So honestly, I’m fine. Obviously, this gives me a lot of time to myself and a lot of alone time with my thoughts, which can be creatively dangerous. I do miss being able to hear from my family everyday but once a week will have to suffice.”

Last week Wayne’s I Am Not A Human Being album—which initially was only offered digitally—debuted on the Billboard Top 200 chart at #2, where it was held off from the #1 position by Kenny Chesney’s Hemingway’s Whiskey.

In his letter, Weez goes on to state his upcoming plans for a special physical release of the LP. “When I get out I’m going to put the album in stores and shoot more videos for it,” he notes. “Also, we will be adding bonus songs and packaging the new Nino Brown DVD with the in store album! You’re welcome.”

The Nino Brown Story DVD series is a project Lil Wayne has been working on with collaborator DJ Scoob Doo. Over the summer the pair’s “We Be Steady Mobbin'” video was released as a preview to the latest Nino Brown installment.

Weezy is due to be released from the clink on November 4.
