Nelly Forgot To Buckle Up On His ’5.0′ Album Cover

With Nelly’s single “Just A Dream” climbing up to #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week, things are off to a great start with upcoming album 5.0 (due November 16). But now that the LP’s cover has been revealed, we’re worried that rapper is a little too relaxed. Sure, the white tee and denim look is fine.
