Take That Have Quite A Row In “The Flood”

Fully-reunited man band Take That (now with Robbie Williams back in the fold) released their video for “The Flood,” the first single off upcoming album Progress, today. The clip finds the handsome gents decked out in full rowing gear as they hop into a Sculling boat and race another crew. Alas, the UK quintet doesn’t win. But they do break off and take an interesting journey. Watch below.

Digital Spy notes that the majority of the scenes were shot at Dorney Lake in Berkshire, England, where the rowing events at the 2012 Olympics are to take place.

Meanwhile, as Kanye West, Ke$ha and Ne-Yo are duking it out with their respective albums that are being released stateside on November 22, Take That’s Progress will be pitted against JLS’ Outta This World the same week in the UK.

But don’t worry, TT fans—Robbie Williams has a plan. “If all else fails, nakedness in Trafalgar Square. We might have to get our arses out again. It’s going to be an interesting week,” he told MTV UK.

And if you’re wondering what he means by “again,” then check around for the uncensored version of the That’s very first video, “Do What U Like,” from 1991. (Actually, they’d probably rather you didn’t.)
