Daft Punk, who recently made an electrifying return to the stage with Phoenix at Madison Square Garden, drop in for a sweet cameo in the latest trailer for Tron: Legacy. Even better, a new sleek, fast-paced track, “Derezzed”, underscores scenes from the glowstick-lit movie. Drool. Our electro-beating hearts are pumping with delight. Watch below!

Previous score snippets we’ve heard have been atmospheric, but more mellow and subtle than we’d like. Now this is the classic Daft Punk we’ve been waiting for! We could go on and on about how awesome this synthesized tune is and how much we’re shaking in our $795 Tron heels to finally get our hands on the soundtrack (out December 7), but we think this YouTube comments sums it all up:
