Ke$ha, Justin Bieber and Katy Perry, three pop luminaries who are up for Artist Of The Year at this year’s American Music Awards, are now set to perform at the televised event. Ke$ha currently has the top download on iTunes with “We R Who We R,” which Billboard notes she’ll include in a medley during the awards show on November 21. “To have my name nominated alongside them really solidifies the impact I’ve had on American pop culture and pop music the past year,” the pop tigress said in a statement. “I’m really honored and definitely going to cover America in glitter.” We’ve been warned.

Last year the AMA’s were easily the best music award show performance wise and giving the complete snooze-fest the BET Awards and Video Music Awards were this year its likely to be the better again (with the exception of the Grammys).
Although Ke$ha by all means is a terrible performer and that can be said about Justin too and Katy, while she has her good days, isn’t exactly a show stopper. It’ll be interesting to see the full line-up.
Its been a sluggish year in performances at these events this year Minus Pink’s spectacular “Glitter In The Air” and a few other performances from the Grammy’s.
Brandon, Pink is doing AMAs this year, too! I feel like she’s the only performer (bar Kelly Clarkson) who can properly pull off a Max Martin/Dr. Luke song live these days.
