Ke$ha Deals A Dance-Fueled “Blow” With Her New ‘Cannibal’ Track

November 12th, 2010 // 7 Comments

Beach babe Ke$ha has unleashed another Cannibal jam for her followers to devour. This time it’s “Blow”, a pulsing electro-dance track that, given it’s title, is surprisingly less naughty than “Cannibal” or “Sleazy”, but still maintains the singer’s drunken glitter euphoria aesthetic. Listen below!

Lyrically, “Blow” might as well be a sequel to Ke$ha’s Animal hit “Take It Off.”

“Dirt and glitter cover the floor, we’re pretty and sick, we’re young and we’re bored,” she sings with a combo of sass and menace.

Yeah—”Blow” isn’t going to win the soon-to-be-touring hitmaker any songwriting statues. But, hey—it’s fun, it’s dancey and it might at least help her snag a People’s Choice Award.

Guess what we’re trying to say is that “Blow” doesn’t suck.

  3. Not to be a skeezeball link-dropper, but I think the version posted here might be sped up a little from the one that’ll appear on the album…it caused some heated debate in my Ke$ha-fanatic household and inspired a blog post… would like to hear some opinions! http://www.vertigoshtick.com/2010/11/first-listen-keha-blow.html
