Hat-donning R&B diva Ciara’s Basic Instinct album will finally arrive on December 14 (it has the misfortune of going up against Michael Jackson’s Michael). Rap-Up.com has posted the 11-song LP’s tracklist, and it seems some of CiCi’s songs that surfaced over the past year didn’t make the cut (sorry, fans of “Blauw,” “Shut ‘Em Up” and “Get It Girl”).
