The Black Eyed Peas Have The Time Of Their Lives On ‘The X Factor’
The cast of Glee were not the only ones to hit up The X Factor last night—nor were they the only ones to see their latest album stiff on the UK chart. The Black Eyed Peas turned the talent competition’s stage into a glowing, strobing laser light show for their performance of current single “The Time (Dirty Bit)”. And just in time, too—because while the band’s album The Beginning is expected to be trumped by Susan Boyle’s month-old The Gift on the Billboard album chart this week, the real dirty bit is that the LP debuted at a lowly #17 in the UK yesterday. Watch the Peas on The X Factor below. For the record, previous BEP album The E.N.D. topped the U.S. chart and made it to #3 in the UK.
Great spectacle. But overall, not the best lead single choice, is it?
