Yesterday, while Beyonce was out in freezing NYC, Ciara stepped out in a sunnier destination in Miami. The “Ride” singer rode into South Florida’s upscale Bal Harbour Shops for a little retail therapy with her two tiny dogs in tow. The Basic Instinct songstress rocked loose boyfriend-style jeans, a simple white tank top, sunglasses and stilettos (that looked like they could crush one of her pups if she wasn’t careful).
