Keeping in line with the People’s Choice Awards, Best Male Artist winner Eminem and Best Female Artist winner Katy Perry wound up with the best-selling album and single of 2010, respectively, Billboard reports. “California Gurls” was one of five songs to cross the four million mark when it came to paid downloads in the previous 12 months, while Eminem’s Grammy-nominated Recovery was top dog among last year’s LPs, with nearly three-and-a-half million copies sold.
