How do you win the hearts and minds of the pigheaded, ignorant, mean-spirited members of the football team? Sing a country tune, ya’ll! That’s what Glee’s Rachel and Puck attempt to do anyway, in this video preview of Puckleberry performing Lady Antebellum’s Grammy-nominated hit “Need You Now” as the William McKinley football players look on for some reason. (Is this a new form of detention – watch the glee club rehearsal?) Catch another preview clip of Sunday’s Super Bowl episode by jumping below.

This is the fourth clip from “The Sue Sylvester Bowl Shuffle” episode we’ve seen, after the “Thriller/Heads Will Roll” zombie mash-up, the Warblers blasting back to 1999 with “Bills Bills Bills” and the “California Gurls” cheerleading routine that forces us to suspend our disbelief so greatly we don’t know what’s reality anymore.

What do you think of Lea and Mark’s take on “Need You Now”?
