Hey, guess what, America? Adele’s new album 21 was finally released here today! To promote the LP—already a huge hit in the UK, with four weeks (and counting) at #1—the London songstress hit up the Late Show last night and knocked David Letterman for a loop. “Fantastic! Thank you,” the nighttime host beamed after Adele’s performance. “I tell you, if I could sing like that I wouldn’t be selling T-shirts in a deli. The full 45 minute set on Letterman online was also fantastic! She’s also really fun and talks to the audience a lot. I can’t wait to see her live in May!
