For those of you who want to see people celebrating their individuality in a music video without being subjected to intergalactic vaginal births, Patrick Stump has the solution — today the singer dropped his first video as a solo artist, “Spotlight (Oh Nostalgia)”, from his Truant Wave EP. The low-budget clip features dozens of people showing off what they do best, whether that thing is skateboarding, cup-flipping, yo-yoing or swingin’ nunchucks. And Patrick, being the good sport, attempts some of these activities as well (to various degrees of success). Watch below!
We can’t lie — we’re a bit disappointed Patrick didn’t attempt a backwards flip on a pogo stick. Couldn’t be that hard… could it?
What do you think of Stump’s first vid out on his own? Tell us in the comments.

the first 20 seconds of patrick stumps song sounds a lot like the first minute of dead man’s bones “lose your soul” hmmm
Absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to see more from him as a Solo artist. He is better solo than with Fall Out Boy. He’s a genius composer, producer and brilliant singer. Can’t wait for his album!
I THINK IT’S A VERY INSPIRATIONAL AND ADMIRABLE VID
Excellent job Patrick, Well Done.
This song and video were both inspirational and great, thanks
