No way, no how !!! Adam is totally gorgeous. James is totally not and bears no resemblance to Adam. They don’t look alike, they don’t sing alike, and they have vastly different personalities. James strikes me as phoney, while Adam is as genuine and sincere as they come. I wish James well, but the comparison with Adam just doesn’t work.

I give him props for going out there and doing a great job so far. But he isnt an Adam Lambert . But I believe he is himself. It’s the press that is putting him up there not James doing it. They are all doing amazing so far. And lets face it we aren’t up there doing this.

I wish the media would stop making comparisons between James and Adam. It is not doing either of them any favors and could hurt James in the long run by unintentionally turning Glamberts against him. James should be appreciated on his own merits. EVERYONE pales in comparison to Adam.

You know, I am a huge adam lambert fan!! have been from the start, also, I really Like James Durbin… I do not want to compare in the way everyone is. but there is a lil bit here & there. itdoesn’t mean he is trying to be him, they are both very different stylistcally, & I think they have there own look! one can have some similarities without looking exactly alike, I see it. I think it was so great of adam & james to talk after the Idol show & james tweeted adam how it was a pleasure meeting him and talking with him. I think that shows respect on james part & Adam just as I suspected always kind & probably gave him some pointers here & there since james is the new kid on the block. You know what I love, is how Adam brought ROCK back into our lives. It is very rare or unheard of to have a Rocker like him, the thing with adam is that he is so diverse! he can do it all!
James is a great Rocker! you cannot deny him that, I think it is a double standard when others are writing hateful comments on him about copying, well when I put on the radio all I here is a lot of garbage that sounds exactly the same! what happend to music? there are some (very few) very talented artists out there right now, but the truth be told, I miss Rock! & I think it is great that James is bringin it on Idol. As Adam did his thing and is a Superstar! James is just beginning and doing his thing. there is a large audience out there that is dying to here just what James is doing, He has a great voice so far he has nailed every single song, Have you heard him sing “Gently weeps” by the beatles he has sang? go to youtube as someone on twitter posted this, he is fantastic! & I think he is cute. He’s only 22 years old! and it is a matter of taste as adam has said in the past. what about the girl who sang a jlo song on Idol, or the country girl who sounds a lil like clarkson & underwood. she is her own person, but nobody is tearing her up like James it is rediculous. also how many people can sing rock? it is not easy I can tell you that, & not all people are into it fine, but a large audience is! & misses it! I think allthese artis R&B all sound simalar to me & way too many doing it. I would naver make hateful remarks about them though.
Adam, what can I say your concerts are unbelievable! Your a showman with a voice that is perfection and just simply stunning! Be kind & not so judemental of James, he had it hard growing up etc. to come this far on Idol is amazing.

There is nothing the same, eyes, eyebrows, nose, teeth, lips, hair color, hairline, chin, neck, skin tone, all are different, plus their height and age is different. They are both human males, that’s the only resemblance I can see. Oh yeah, they are both smiling.

Another point is that Adam is said to look like Elvis, and James looks nothing like Elvis, therefore James does not look like Adam.
