First there was the phone hat – now come the shoe hat. In her newest batch of Born This Way promo pics, Lady Gaga shows off her derriere as well as a new form of hybrid cobbler-haberdashery. (That would be combining shoe-making with hat-making.) The black-and-white pics were shot by Mariano Vivanco, and we’re sure there’s some significance to a heel on top of Gaga’s head – a metaphor for being walked on?
