Dr. Conrad Murray’s defense team is now claiming that Michael Jackson took his own life, though they’re not officially labeling it “suicide”. According to the prosecuted doc’s lawyer Edward Chernoff, Jackson was “so anguished about his deteriorating finances in his final days that he took desperate actions that caused his own death.” We’re not sure how strong this defense tactic will work, as the judge has already denied their request to see Jackson’s financial records to prove this theory.
