Last year’s American Idol winner Lee DeWyze hit up Lopez Tonight to perform his sleepy ballad “Beautiful Like You,” i.e. the song he crooned on AI the night Karen Rodriguez got the boot last month. It’s kind of a given that the first rushed album an Idol winner puts out is inevitably going to be a hodge podge of tunes, given the amount of cooks in the kitchen involved. But we can pretty much declare with confidence that this elevator-ready track will never, ever grow on us the way, say, “Tattoo” or “Miss Independent” or “Live Like We’re Dying” did. Carry on, Lee.
I happen to love Beautiful LIke You and think its an amazing song. Its a very inspirational, uplifting song. I love all the songs on Live It Up. I can’t wait for more Lee music.

Beautiful Like You is an amazing song. I never grow tired of listening to it. His whole album, Live It Up is really good and worth listening to.
