Make room, Adele and Jessie J — there’s another Brit songbird poised to take the pond-crossing spotlight in coming months, and that’s recent Idolator Popping Up artist Florrie. After offering up such free downloads as “Call 911” and “Panic Attack,” the Xenomania drummer girl is finally ready to unveil her first ever music video, “Begging Me.” Both the song and the video smack a bit of 80’s throwback, with the relatively simplistic New Wave sound of the track visually matched by Florrie’s bright red lips and power pantsuit. No begging should be necessary in convincing you to check out this catchy, upbeat video after the jump.

“Take that, we’re on a mission and it’s out of whack, that’s a fact / Mission: impossible, and that is that, that is that” Florrie sings on this fun, light-hearted electro-pop tune. However, we have a feeling that acquiring fans of this track will be a very possible mission indeed for this talented new singer.
