Avril Lavigne makes the video for her new single “Smile” a DIY affair, tagging her music video set with her hair’s unnatural colors of pink and green. Set decorator Lavigne also tacks some promo pics of herself onto the walls and manages to sneak in a shout out to her clothing line Abbey Dawn.
