Adele manages yet another week at #1 with 21 on the Billboard Top 200, bring her time at the summit of the main album chart to a grand total of eight non-consecutive weeks. And with 156,000 more copies of her sophomore record sold, she brings to-date sales of the LP to 1.7 million. (As Billboard notes, it’s the only album to cross the million mark so far in 2011). Meanwhile, Adele’s single “Rolling In The Deep” spends a second week atop the Hot 100. SNL comedy trio the Lonely Island settle for a #3 debut with their own sophomore set Turtleneck & Chain (68,000), which features guest performers like Justin Timberlake, Rihanna and Nicki Minaj. Just behind Andy Samberg & Co., “Tragedy” songstress Christina Perri comes in at #4 with her debut LP Lovestrong. (58,000 — and, yes, there’s a period at the end of the album title) while Tyler, The Creator’s second solo album Goblin arrives at #5 (45,000).

Two notches down, the Cars’ first studio album in 24 years, Move Like This, drives in at #7 (36,000).

Outside of the Top 10, Matthew Morrison’s self-titled debut solo album debuts at #24 (16,000).
