Just last week Selena Gomez was chatting up her band’s latest album Otherside with Teen Vogue, but today when the summer tour hottie unveiled the new artwork via twitter it seems she and The Scene have gone in a different direction. Who says a gal can’t change her mind? Head below for a full look at the Wango Tango performer looking like a 1920s flapper on her newly renamed When The Sun Goes Down album cover. Tell us what you think of the title change.

first off i love how everyone is now using the styles of the 1900s for their music. first it was lady gaga and she did an amazing job with the new 80s and 90s style, it is really unique, then beyonce also revealed that she was inspired by the 70s for some songs on her album, and ke$ha is doing a new/old rock n roll theme for her next album, and now selena gomez is taking on that similar style of making the old into something new. but i can’t help but feel like every artist is doing this now because lady gaga was the first to do it. i mean there is a patern, like after the fame monster came out every artist in the US started doing euro dance type music, like jennifer lopez on love? and britney spears on femme fatale, and now lady gaga did the bringing the old back to life by incorporating the music styles from the 1900s and now it seems alot of other artis are going to do the same, hint selena gomez when the sun goes down, and ke$ha whose album is TBA. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH and one last thought for selena gomez because she is releasing her album the exact same day as beyonce’s 4. so i guess she isn’t trying to get a number one album.

    Copying Jessie J !!

  3. Okay let’s stop pretending that there’s a “The Scene”… it’s just some random dudes that play instruments behind her. They get like ZERO publicity (i.e. look at the cover of their album)
