Pink Says “Nay” To Selena Gomez’s Horse Of A Different Color

Another day, another Twitter feud between high-profile pop stars. Selena Gomez may love rainbow-colored ponies as much as she loves her new single “I Love You Like A Love Song,” but there’s at least one other musician seeing red at the idea of unnaturally-hued animals: Pink. When the “F**kin Perfect” singer caught wind of the purple-and-(ironically)-pink-dyed ponies on the set of the Teen Vogue cover girl’s latest vid, she fired off an angry tweet: “If there are any animal activists around Malibu- at Leo Cabrillo State Beach, there are horses being painted for a stupid music video. Shame.”

This was before Pink knew whose video she was slamming — but upon learning it was the When The Sun Goes Down singer, the PETA activist didn’t change her tune:

“oh lord, THAT’S whose video it was? Disney fans unite. here we go. RT @PinkFans_ NEWS: @SelenaGomez fans are angry with @Pink.”

Camp Gomez issued a statement assuring fans that the dye powder was non-toxic and vegetable-based, and a representative from the Humane Society was on set making sure the animals weren’t mistreated.

Pink responded: “whether u r a fan of mine or whomEVER’S, i won’t stop speaking out about animal cruelty.i’ve taken responsibility in the past,so should she.”

Is the mother-to-be just experiencing a little pregnant crankiness? Or should pink dye jobs be reserved for up-and-coming human pop stars only?
