Lil Wayne’s MTV Unplugged special is scheduled to air in 10 days, and, gee, that would be one nice promo set-up for the June 21 release of Tha Carter IV — well, except for the fact that Tha Carter IV has now apparently been delayed (again). Come on, Weezy — that’s certainly not how to love us! The album, which is set to include “6 Foot 7 Foot” and “If I Die Today (John),” has now been pushed to an August 29 release date, Rap-Up.com confirmed today. Riiiiight. Why don’t we just play it safe and assume it’ll be out by Thanksgiving?
