Sean Kingston is still in critical condition after suffering a jet-ski crash on Sunday evening, but the “Eenie Meenie” singer is said to be slowly but surely recovering. According to reports from TMZ, Kingston is “awake and alert”, and though he can’t talk because of a breathing tube in his mouth, he’s communicating through nods and sign language. Kingston is expected to be hospitalized for several more weeks. [Via TMZ]
