Chris Brown And Justin Bieber Face The Apocalypse In Their “Next 2 You” Video
We knew that Chris Brown and Justin Bieber’s upbeat F.A.M.E. duet “Next 2 You” was getting a music video, and that it was going to be a somewhat apocalyptic affair. But what we didn’t know is that some rascal was going to leak a rough cut of the seven-and-a-half-minute (!!) epic clip today. Watch the action unfold below! The Colin Tilley-directed video opens with Breezy and The Bieb getting lovey-dovey with their respective girlfriends — that is, until JB’s gal pal is dragged off by her overbearing dad, who promises, “You know what? You’ll never see him again!” (Geez, we bet Selena Gomez doesn’t have to put up with this!)
Suddenly the planet (or at least Universal Studios) starts falling to pieces in the wake of the apocalypse, so our two crooners take a cue from Britney Spears and keep on dancing till the world ends.
Again, this is just a rough cut, and it’s definitely not the ideal way to view the “Next 2 You” music video. (Most of the time you can barely make out the singers’ pixelated faces.) But it should be enough to keep you Beliebing till the proper clip premieres.
