Sean Kingston is still recuperating in the hospital following his disastrous jet ski crash, but he appears to be in much better spirits. The 21-year old “Beautiful Girls” singer, who reportedly no longer requires the use of a breathing tube, tweeted a photo of himself flashing the peace sign to his fans.
