Rolling Stone has nabbed some intimate one-on-one time with all four coaches of NBC’s breakout hit The Voice, and last but not least in their interview series was Christina Aguilera. The “Moves Like Jagger” singer sounded sane discussing her reasons for joining the show and what it’s like to work closely with three dudes; her hot mess of an outfit (complete with faux Rapunzel braid) is another story. Interview below!

“I thought it would be an amazing thing to be part of someone else’s journey while going through the next chapter of my life and recording my next album,” said Xtina (who wore her saucy pseudonym on her tank top). “It’s going to surface in my own music and on my own albums because I’m getting inspired every day working with everybody — this cast, this show, the other coaches, both on and off screen.”

For all this talk about her forthcoming album, we sure don’t know much about it. All we know it that, as mentioned above, it will be inspired by the people she’s met on The Voice, as well as her tumultuous year, the movie Burlesque, and many other things “on different levels.” At least she’s not seeking inspiration from bobbleheads this time around.
