actually they do have money for clothes!!!!!!!! I see them with clothes on, and not all celebritys do that ,and that just a new style.and the underwear she is wearing is an outfit, but i kinda agree with you rihanna liket to much underwear outfits, she the most popstar that wear underwear outfits on stage.
