It seems Lady Gaga never really left her 2009 bondage-inspired days. While on her current trip to NYC, the Mother Monster has been spotted around her hometown in every thing from a latex body suit, to a leather bra top and even what appeared to be a shower curtain skirt paired with a creepy black lace veil mask.
