Demi Lovato is now 2-2 for owning the red carpet this week. The “Skyscraper” singer recently reentered the Hollywood night life scene looking healthy, happy and stunning as ever. Last night the iTunes chart-topper was spotted attending the Noon By Noor launch event at the Sunset Tower Hotel. The former Camp Rock starlet sported a belted white dress and a black hat that some are calling an homage to Debbie Gibson.
