Lauryn Hill Welcomes Sixth Child
Lauryn Hill joins the ranks of other pop moms who gave birth in 2011, like Pink and Mariah Carey. Hill, who apparently split recently with longtime partner Rohan Marley, the father of her first five children (he claims he’s not the baby daddy of her latest), is said to have had some complications while delivering her sixth child, a son, on Saturday. “Mother and baby are fine,” a source told the site BlackCelebKids.com. The insider added that Hill and family “had a little scare because the baby came out the womb with the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck. All is well now and everyone is happy.”
