Coldplay tributed her with the most melancholy cover ever, Jane Doze mashed her up with other members of Club 27, and Green Day wrote a new song about wishing they had gotten to know her better. Now Kanye West is the latest act to pay their respects to Amy Winehouse by reportedly recording a remix of the late singer‘s single “Back To Black.”

According to British tabloid The Daily Mirror, Yeezy hopes to perform his remix of Winehouse’s mournful song in London for Moss Bros 160th anniversary.

A source has allegedly heard the remix, and called it “pretty emotive. It’s Kanye singing from the heart – with synthesizers.” So basically, it’s 808s & Heartbreak Kanye.

You may recall that Kanye West and Amy Winehouse competed against one another at the 2008 Grammys for Album Of The Year, as West’s Graduation and Winehouse’s Back To Black were both considered the top contenders in the category. (The Grammy actually went to Herbie Hancock for River: The Joni Letters.)
