After glancing at the chart trends of the past two years, it’s pretty much a given that a new Susan Boyle album will be met with a fair amount of success. And today the Scottish wildcat’s fans can kick off the frenzied countdown to November 1, as the cover for Someone To Watch Over Me, Boyle’s third LP, was unveiled. The singer performed the track “You Have To Be There” — which was penned by ABBA’s Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus for the musical Kristina — on America’s Got Talent two weeks ago.
