Lady Gaga Sings With Sting And Tributes A Fallen Monster At iHeartRadio

Lady Gaga broke out the voice, the visuals, and the moves that made her a superstar at the iHeartRadio Music Festival this weekend. But even this always-outrageous filmmaker had some surprises in store beyond what we’ve come to expect from numbers like “Born This Way,” “Bad Romance,” and “Judas.” The rumored “surprise duet” turned out to be alongside none other than Sting, who joined Mother Monster on “Stand By Me” after she smeared him with blood. (Naturally.) But the true highlight was a moving tribute to bullied teen Jamey Rodemeyer, who took his own life last week, prompting Gaga to claim: “Bullying is for losers.” See it all below.

The lady knows how to put on a show, doesn’t she? And we can’t help but admire her for working Jamey Rodemeyer into the show in a very tasteful way — a tribute that, were he still alive, he surely would have been absolutely thrilled by.

Paws up forever, Jamey.

  1. Sheiße, that song is sorta kinda flawless

The next single, make it happen

Is it just me or did she seem a little worn out in some of those performances? Nonetheless that Judas SchiBe/Judas performance was rock solid, her energy, the wardrobe and she got really into that dance break, that’s what I’m talking about!
