Ke$ha has never exactly been one to make demure, commonplace fashion choices, but she may have outdone herself arriving in Rio de Janeiro wearing a plush hammerhead shark strapped to her face as a mask. (Suddenly Katy Perry’s Carmen Miranda mask doesn’t seem odd at all!)
