Lil Wayne ended up nabbing a handful of the 18 BET Hip Hop Awards he was up for. The sixth annual event was broadcast last night. Weezy shared a few of his awards with Chris Brown and Busta Rhymes, as the trio’s collaborative single “Look At Me Now” was victorious in the Best Hip Hop Video, Verizon People’s Champ and Reese’s Perfect Combo categories. (Busta was also honored with a Sweet 16: Best Featured Verse nod for the song.) Additionally, Wayne walked away with Best Live Performer and Lyricist Of The Year, while his protege Nicki Minaj was named MVP Of The Year and took the Made You Look Award for Best Hip Hop Style.

Chris Brown is busy trekking around on his F.A.M.E. Tour, and was not on hand to pick up any of his honors in person.

Below are some of the performances from the BET awards show.
