When Daughtry’s single “Crawling Back To You” was released a month ago, we predicted that adult contemporary radio would eat the song up. Alas, any gobbling of the tune that was done wasn’t enough to land it in the Top 40. (After peaking at #41, the lead single from Break The Spell is currently floundering at #99 on the Hot 100.) Cue up Chris Daughtry and the band hitting up the Tonight Show for a performance last night, three weeks ahead of the album release.
Are you digging the first offering from Break The Spell, or does it just sound like more of the same from Daughtry?

If it’s “more of the same”, it’s OK by me. He’s sensational.
Daughtry is such a loser. EVERYTHING he writes and sings is the same tired ‘ol tune. Next?

Seems like Daughtry only had one album in him. He just keeps repeating it. Never did think he was very creative. Copied Nickelback on Idol and hasn’t changed .
