Says the site, “Laying on its side and rendered impotent, this twenty-first century ready-made – appropriately titled Armitage Shanks – shows all the imaginable traces of her physical presence.” Wallets out yet, Little Monsters?
This must-have treasure, made of Vitreous China, was used in photographer Nick Knight’s gender-bending Vogue Hommes Japan shoot with Gaga.
Making reference to artist Marcel Duchamp’s readymade art piece Fountain, Gaga’s inscription wittily reads, “I’m not fucking Duchamp but I love pissing with you.” Utter poetry, Monsters.
