Florence + The Machine’s “No Light, No Light” Video Is A Religious Experience

Florence Welch, ease up on the drama? Never. In the video for Florence + The Machine’s second official Ceremonials single “No Light, No Light”, we see the flame-haired UK songstress standing on scaffolding outside of a skyscraper while a choir of young boys sing inside an old church. All is not right in Flo’s world, however, as a masked man appears to be messing with her mojo via a voodoo doll. Watch her revelation below. Welch eventually plummets off the ledge and crashes through one of the church’s stained glass windows, where she is then hoisted up by the holy lads.

Heavy stuff, but par for the course for Florence’s increasingly epic-sounding material — particularly that found on the Top 10-charting Ceremonials.
