Thanks to Rolling Stone‘s piece on Adam Lambert’s sophomore album, Trespassing, we now have some more solid details on the Idol alum’s highly anticipated musical offering, set to be released in early 2012. He says creating the album, described as “club-ready sound inspired by classic disco, Nineties electronica and Skrillex-y dubstep” was mostly about “trusting my instincts”, and includes a cut called “Shady” that Glambert describes as “Nine Inch Nails meets Saturday Night Fever.” What else? “There’s party music, sex music, fucked-up-relationship S&M music.” Is it possible to be more excited than we already are? wow his album is soundindg betterer and betterer, can’t wait!!
No, lol, it is NOT possible to be more excited. My gut tells me this will be The Album of 2012!
I hope the album is a huge hit. It’s tough in this pathetic music world. If he were Katy, Rhianna or Justin, he could sing the birthday song and it would be a big hit. Life’s not fair, but I’m hoping for the best.
So excited for the new album!
Aw I wish you wouldn’t use that pic tho Idolator, that’s one of the least flattering ones Adam has taken in a while.
We honestly thought he looks hot in the pic! We’ll be better off when he releases new promo pics for his new album.
Really??? Sideeying you but awww I guess everyone’s tastes are different LOL.
Maybe it’s the hair I’m focusing on. I’m loving the black-fading-to-blue-green. Ah well to each their own!
I am ready, have been ready. Great anticipation!
waiting for the new album. DESPERATELY WAITING for the inevitable tour to follow. adam will sell out madison sqaure garden in a heartbeat!!
Why don’t you like that picture? He looks edgy, campy, and unique. Would you prefer he had on a flannel shirt, jeans and hair parted on the side – a more white-bred America look? How boring would that be to look like everyone else. #SayNoToBlending.
Hah hell no NEVER, but the original photo in Rolling Stone had the 1-2-3 punch of pensive artist look, hott wolf hair and ARMS. Just sayin.
