Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles knows how to fill up her weekly planner. Ahead of tomorrow’s performance with Lady Gaga, Jason Aldean and Lupe Fiasco at The Grammy Nominations Concert Live!!, she decided to busy herself with the not-so-small task of getting hitched over the weekend. People reports that the 37-year-old country diva wed her beau Justin Miller, a former model who appeared in Sugarland’s “Want To” video, on Saturday at a Tennessee chapel located at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.
Miller and Nettles have been dating for two years, and their wedding ceremony was attended by family and friends, including Jennifer’s 41-year-old Sugarland partner in music Kristian Bush.
The event was a no doubt a happy moment for Jennifer, amidst the legal woes she and Kristian face after Sugarland was named in a lawsuit filed by four dozen people following an incident where a stage at the Indiana State Fair collapsed in August. The duo were set to perform when strong winds knocked loose stage rigging and lighting, and sent it plummeting into the audienced gathered below.
Earlier this month, Sugarland picked up the Vocal Duo Of The Year statue at the 2011 CMA Awards. People also notes that Nettles will be hosting the annual CMA Country Christmas special in December.
