If you were disappointed by the Summer popcorn flick Cowboys Vs. Aliens, perhaps your thirst for an entertaining western/sci-fi hybrid will be quenched by The Killers’ new video for their charity holiday single, “The Cowboys’ Christmas Ball”. It may remind you of Muse’s similar comedic genre-blasting “Knights Of Cydonia” video, though a bit more simplistic, as though it was actually filmed back in the 60s. Along with “Cowboys’ Christmas Ball,” the Killers are releasing all six of their holiday singles as the (RED) Christmas EP on iTunes for $5.99. All proceeds from sales of the EP and the individual singles will be donated to the Global Fund in honor of World AIDS Day.
