Michael Buble’s Christmas has been the reigning champ on the Top 200 album chart for two weeks, and Billboard doesn’t expect the Canadian crooner’s festive LP to budge from peak position anytime soon. In fact, the publication notes that Christmas, which features such guests as Shania Twain, the Puppini Sisters and Thalia, could sell more in the coming week than the 293,000 it moved in the previous frame.
Also, Adele appears to be well on her way to rounding out 2011 with five million copies of 21 sold. Currently the album stands at 4.8 million. “Set Fire To The Rain”, the third single off the Grammy nominee‘s sophomore set, cracked the Top 40 on the Hot 100 this week when it moved up to #37.
According to Billboard, Amy Winehouse’s posthumous collection Lioness: Hidden Treasures should land a Top 10 debut next week, while T-Pain’s Revolver and Robin Thicke’s Love After War are expected to miss out on the upper tier of the chart.
