Michael Jackson Tribute Episode Of ‘Glee’: Check Out The Leaked Song List

The alleged list of songs featured in the upcoming Michael Jackson tribute episode of Glee has hit the web, and instead of the rumored 10 to 12 tunes from MJ’s songbook, there will be 14 tracks (!) performed on the show. (Two of the numbers will be mash-ups comprised of two songs, but still, that’s a lot of music for a one-hour series!) Find out which songs from the King Of Pop will be performed on the January 24 episode below.

According to The Huffington Post, the songs and performers for the Michael Jackson tribute episode of Glee are as follows:

Our thoughts:

** Could the choice of Santana and Brittany performing “In The Closet” by any more on-the-nose? What, did Michael Jackson not have a song called “We’re Lesbians”?

** We’ve missed our preppy-dressed Warblers! Can’t wait to hear a cappella arrangements of “Bad” and a mash-up of “Beat It” and “Billie Jean”.

** We would have preferred pretty much any song in MJ’s songbook over “We Are The World”. Really, this cover was not necessary.

** Chris Colfer performing “The Way You Make Me Feel” is an inspired choice, as is Naya Rivera with “Smooth Criminal”.

** They’ve really stopped giving Mr. Shuester anything to do, haven’t they?
