Turns out Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey aren’t the only ones spending the first week of 2012 in a bed in a medical facility. “Fight For You” crooner Jason Derulo tweeted a pic of himself laying down while wearing a hospital gown and a neck brace last night. “I fractured my neck doing tumbling & acrobatics 4 tour! Always tryin 2 push boundaries 4 YOU! Like my new chain? ;)” Oh, Jason — you jokester. We’d laugh, but we don’t want to strain our own necks, which are in pain just from looking at this pic.
