Katy Perry Cancels People’s Choice Awards Appearance
It was reported that Katy Perry would make her first public appearance after announcing her split from Russell Brand at this Wednesday’s People’s Choice Awards, where she is nominated for seven awards, but it looks like the pop star needs a bit more time before she ventures out into the world (and on TV, no less). “Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the People’s Choice Awards. I want to thank u all for voting for me, fingers crossed! #KATYCATS,” the singer tweeted Monday afternoon. Guess we’ll have to wait til the Grammys now?
